TORONTO,ONTARIO, CANADA – October 19, 2026 – Cizzle Brands Corporation (CboeCanada: CZZL; OTCQB: CZZLF; Frankfurt: 8YF) (“Cizzle Brands” or the “Company”),the vertically integrated sports nutrition company that is elevating the gamein health and wellness, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with ETSPerformance, one of the largest and fastest-growing athlete trainingorganizations in the United States, to bring Spoken™ Nutrition (“Spoken”)to ETS athletes and families across the country.
Through thepartnership, Spoken will be the nutritional supplement made available throughall ETS locations and training programming. ETS operates more than 80 training locationsnationwide and serves more than 50,000 youth, collegiate, and professionalathletes, placing Spoken directly in the facilities where those athletes trainand where their families make purchasing decisions. The partnership alsoprovides Cizzle with integrated access across the ETS ecosystem, includingin-facility retail, coach and trainer education, and ETS’s communications toits athletes and their families.
Leading thecoach and trainer education are Andy O’Brien, Cizzle Brands’ Chief PerformanceOfficer, and Dr. Jordan Shallow, a co-developer of the Spoken product line andstrength coach to elite athletes in the NFL, NHL, and UFC, who will workdirectly with ETS coaches and staff on the Spoken products at the centre of thepartnership, Sleep Builder, Greens, Creatine, and Whey and Beef Protein. Everyproduct carries the NSF Certified for Sport® certification, whichmakes the products eligible for use by athletes in major and minor professionalsports leagues and in the NCAA.
This is thelargest facility partnership in the Company’s history for Spoken and extends astrategy of embedding the Company’s brands in the environments where athletestrain and compete. Spoken Nutrition has secured purchase orders from over halfof professional sports organizations in North America since its launch inJanuary 2025. CWENCH Hydration™, the Company’s flagship sports drink, is theOfficial Hydration Partner of USA Hockey.
Youth sportsis one of the fastest-growing categories in North American sport, and ETS hasbuilt a national platform around long-term athlete development rather thanshort-term results. Following its acquisition of Denver-based Kula SportsPerformance in 2026, ETS addresses speed, strength, agility, and recoveryacross its network. Nutrition has been the remaining element of athletedevelopment that the sector has largely not addressed, in a supplement marketwhere quality and label accuracy vary widely. With Spoken on board, ETS is nowproviding training, recoveryand nutrition support to help shape the complete athlete. Spoken wasformulated by a group of the world’s leading performance coaches, dieticians, and functional medicine doctors, including Toronto Maple Leafs’ Vice Presidentof Sport Performance and Cizzle Brands’ Chief Performance Officer, AndyO’Brien.
“From abusiness standpoint, this is the most efficient distribution we can get forSpoken. Instead of competing for shelf space and hoping a parent picks theright product, we are in ETS facilitieswhere trusted coaches can explain what the product is and why it iscertified and why it is beneficial for their performance,” said John Celenza,Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Cizzle Brands. “It is in ourDNA at Cizzle to build in the room, at the practices and in the trainingfacilities where the decisions actually get made, and ETS facilities areexactly that at a national scale. We also take seriously that most of theseathletes are young.
That isprecisely why Spoken is NSF Certified for Sport® on every product, and why we are pairing the partnership with education rather than just puttingproduct on a shelf. Ryan, Heidi, and Jed have built something rare, and we areproud that they chose Spoken.”
“We havespent sixteen years building a system around speed, strength, agility, andrecovery, and nutrition is the piece our families ask us about constantly,”said Ryan Englebert, Founder of ETS Performance. “We were not going to answerthat question with just any supplement brand. Spoken is certified batch bybatch and it was built by the same kind of coaches and practitioners who workwith professional athletes every day, which is the only standard we werewilling to put in front of our athletes and their parents.”
“Whatmatters at this age is not chasing an edge, it is building habits and gettingthe basics right with products you can actually trust,” said Dr. JordanShallow, co-developer of Spoken Nutrition. “I am looking forward to workingwith the ETS coaching staff so that the people athletes see every week can havean informed conversation about nutrition, not a sales pitch.”
